“I have always been driven by physical pursuits. I enjoy the purity of movement, and the freedom that comes from being in a natural physical state of fluidity and strength.
As an athlete, I was dependent on remaining in this physical state. Injuries would accrue, and stress and frustration would follow. I wanted to understand the source of pain or restriction I was feeling, and the steps I had to take to alleviate it. I was driven to understand the mechanics and physiology of physical form and movement. Massage seemed natural to me.
I believe there’s an innate equilibrium in our bodies that we are always trying to achieve. The stress of not knowing how to return to this state is something I hope to eliminate in my clients.I approach massage from a scientific and holistic perspective; I seek to treat the cause, not only the concern - the person, not simply the complaint. It is my privilege to help people find the freedom and joy that comes from recovery and feeling healthy.”
Along with her continual educational pursuit of massage therapy, Rhianna is keenly interested in neuroscience, hormonal health, and understanding the blend of quantum physics and meditation.
When outside of the clinic, you can find her in the mountains.
